We are glad to welcome all new visitors and those who come back. If you have not been to Vărșag yet, now is the time to try and take part in interesting programs with local craftsmen, taste delicacies, familiarize with local traditions and enjoy the romantic places of our village.

 

Preparation and tasting of cheeses

  • Goat Cheese - You can see and taste cheeses made from the goat's milk of the family farm and prepare various flavored cheeses.
    - Natural, with fresh herbs and seeds (sunflower and sesame seeds);
    - period: February - November;
    - minimum number of people: 4 people;

    - Natural round cheese, smoked, braised cheese, wild garlic cheese, whit hot pepper, chees roulade and fresh cow's cheese
